This interactive ISO 9001, ISO 45001, AS 9100, ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949 based course provides a road map for establishing and maintaining corrective and preventive action systems for the beginner.

This course contains one optional workshop exercise.

CONTENTS: 4 modules that show the beginner how to approach corrective/preventive from the standpoint of ISO, AS and QS Standards.

This course also contains a few samples and tools an organization may use to get them started in root cause analysis. Once a student understands this course, they can move on to our more advanced Corrective/Preventive Action Root Cause Analysis course.

The students review the question of what is corrective and preventive actions including the investigation and how corrective/preventive action should be documented.
